elpa-concurrent software package provides higher level library for concurrent tasks, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elpa-concurrent
elpa-concurrent is installed in your system.
Make ensure the elpa-concurrent package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep elpa-concurrent *
You will get with elpa-concurrent package name, version, architecture and description in a table
